A Passion for Developing People and Potential.
With Alison’s impressive background of work and nearly 20 years of experience in higher education and nonprofits, she served as the Executive Director at two different health-related nonprofit organizations.
Alison’s passion for developing talent and belief that every employee deserves the opportunity to reach their greatest potential, inspired her to start a mentoring consulting firm in 2012.
During this time, she authored “Learning to Lead Through Mentoring”, in which she offers readers a framework to understand what to look for in a mentor and provides perspectives from other leaders on how mentoring impacted their careers.
Consulting with large associations, nonprofits, and companies to construct mentoring programs led to the development of Engage Mentoring as a platform technology in 2020. Engage Mentoring is a full-service partner with tech-enabled programs and serves as an extension of their client’s team to support specific organizationals goals.
