By submitting an application to participate in an Engage Leadership Exchange™ program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Participation Agreement.
Participation in the program is contingent upon acceptance of these terms.
Engage Leadership Exchange™ provides a structured mentoring and leadership development experience that includes:
– Access to the Engage Leadership Exchange™ platform
– Mentor and mentee matching and scheduling tools
– Leadership development curriculum and training
– Opportunities for one-on-one mentoring, group coaching, and peer engagement
Participants may serve as both mentees and mentors within the program.
The goal of the program is to foster leadership growth, knowledge sharing, and meaningful professional relationships.
By participating in the program, you agree to:
– Actively engage in mentoring sessions and program activities
– Conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner
– Comply with all applicable program guidelines, including the Mentoring Code of Conduct
– Maintain the confidentiality of discussions and shared information
– Use the platform only for its intended purpose
You are responsible for your own participation and outcomes within the program.
Participants will receive access to the Engage Leadership Exchange™ platform via a unique login.
You agree:
– Not to share your login credentials
– Not to grant access to any unauthorized individual
– To use the platform in compliance with all applicable terms
Engage Leadership Exchange™ reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for misuse or violation of these terms.
Participation in the Engage Leadership Exchange™ program begins upon acceptance and continues for an initial term of twelve (12) months.
Following the initial 12 month period, participation will continue unless terminated by either party with at least sixty (60) days prior written notice. Participants who do not wish to renew beyond the initial 12 month term must provide at least sixty 60 days prior written notice before the end of the initial term.
Engage Leadership Exchange™ reserves the right to modify program structure, timing, or components at its discretion.
Engage Leadership Exchange™ may suspend or terminate your participation at any time if:
– You violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct
– Your behavior is deemed disruptive, unprofessional, or misaligned with program values
– You misuse the platform or program resources
Following the initial 12 month term, you may terminate your participation at any time by providing at least sixty (60) days prior written notice.
If you elect to withdraw during the initial 12 month term, you remain responsible for any applicable fees associated with that period.
Upon termination or withdrawal for any reason:
– Fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
– Access to the platform and program resources will be discontinued
The program is designed to support leadership development; however:
– No specific outcomes, career advancement, or results are guaranteed
– Your success depends on your level of engagement and effort
All services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
All program materials, content, curriculum, and platform technology are the property of Engage Leadership Exchange™.
You agree:
– Not to copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without permission
– Not to use program content for commercial purposes outside the program
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Engage Leadership Exchange™ without obligation or compensation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
– Engage Leadership Exchange™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for participation in the program
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Any disputes arising from participation in the program shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Indiana.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that:

– You understand that participation is subject to acceptance and ongoing compliance
Participants acknowledge that:
– The program is designed to foster professional relationships, not transactional exchanges
– Solicitation, inappropriate selling, or misuse of relationships within the community is prohibited without prior approval
