This program, offered to college students, allows participants to develop their leadership capacity by connecting with top executives from a national rolodex of available leaders on topics of your choosing and take part in structured learning aimed at helping you become a better leader.

The Aspiring Leaders Program helps students build leadership skills, grow in confidence, and prepare for future opportunities in school, community, and career. Through workshops, mentoring, and group projects, participants will explore what it means to be an effective leader.
