This unique program provides a confidential space to participate in monthly facilitated small group sessions, combining group coaching for HR leaders and mentoring. In addition, you gain access to a worldwide database of mentors from a variety of different industries on leadership topics of your choosing. This year-round program accelerates learning and development and only requires a time commitment of 2-4 hours each month.

We are the only program that offers built in training and certification to help with employee development and to ensure your mentors are prepared and engaged. We are the only program that has the option for external mentoring groups. Finally, we are the only mentorship option that fully administers your program. We are your outsourced resource for impactful group mentoring designed to help you attract, retain, and develop a diverse employee population.

Engage Mentoring is a SHRM Recertification Provider, which means HR professionals who participate in this program can earn SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) to apply towards their continuing education.

what the program includes

1:1 mentoring

Mentoring program participants select topics of their choosing for areas of growth and leverage our technology to self-select a mentor of their choice on that topic for 3-months. At the culmination of those 3-months, participants select a new area of growth and a new mentor – resulting in a total of 4 mentors per year.

group mentorship & coaching

Each month, group mentoring sessions are provided for program participants. Providing a space for public speakers, a variety of insights and group coaching. 

mentoring certification

Ensuring our mentors and mentees are having impactful conversations is key! We teach participants how to be a successful mentor through a five-session coursework and certify them at their completion. In this program, mentors are encouraged to challenge their mentee as they enhance their leadership skills.

capacity building tools

Accessing our robust Skills Learning Library provides additional tools and resources that participants can access 24/7. This library of resources covering more than 50 topics in both personal and skill development provides additional guidance for growth and leadership mentoring.
