Yalonda J. Brown is the CEO of Just Say It, LLC As the founder and owner, Yalonda J. Brown is committed to empowering others through her mission of fully embracing her divine purpose by improving the lives of others, especially women and girls. She is a seasoned professional whose drive and self-determination has resulted in a myriad of accomplishments in both private and public sectors. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Certified Trauma Informed Trainer and Development Dimensions International, Inc. Facilitator and most recently completed the Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Emeritus certificate for the program, Mastering Sales: A Toolkit for Success. Whether it is via public speaking or her published works, Mrs. Brown uses her various platforms to inspire and motivate others to live according to their purpose.
In addition to being a CEO, Yalonda is also an author and youth experience expert. She has written chapters in multiple books and is the author of L.O.Y.A.L.T.Y.: A Girls Guide to Understanding Authentic Friendships which reflects her passion for youth development and the empowerment of girls and women. Her much anticipated L.E.A.D.E.R.S.- Learning to Engage Authentically and Develop Enriching Relationships in Society; A Curriculum for Girls on Navigating Relationships with Peers, Adults, and Community will be released nationally in Fall 2021.
A gifted speaker, she has over ten years of experience delivering powerful and dynamic speeches and workshops to diverse audiences. From addressing the topics of youth development and overcoming obstacles to leadership, relationships and faith, she uses her voice to empower others. By asking thought-provoking questions, being transparent and writing with power and passion, she is a sought-after leader, author, and public speaker. Collectively, her works help to build resilience, confidence & character.
When she is not writing or speaking, Yalonda J. Brown enjoys spending time with family and friends reading, shopping, and traveling. She has many philanthropic interests and is active in the community which she displays by serving on multiple boards.
She currently lives in Avon, Indiana with her husband Vincent and daughter Kiara.
