Engage mentoring offers three program tracks
to support the development of your employees:

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Executive Forum

is a core component of the Engage Mentoring Program. It convenes people-focused DE&I leaders in peer mentoring and learning on topics related to attracting, retaining and developing talent. This platform provides relationship building opportunities, best practice knowledge sharing from national experts and problem-solving in an interactive forum with peers across various industries, strengths and experiences.

The Project Lead for Women

is a high-energy, accelerated learning program that was developed for women leaders in your organization. Participants take part in an assessment and individual coaching session as well as monthly individual mentoring sessions on topics of their choosing. Group mentoring takes place every other month as part of a cohort and is offered in a virtual format, allowing participation from the comfort of their home or office.

The Developing Leaders Program

is a 12-month program designed to support the development of select employees in your organization. Participants apply and take part in an assessment and then select mentors each quarter on topics of their choosing, with the opportunity to serve as mentors to others in the program, including college students.
