Our founder, Alison Martin, knew there was a better way to develop talent and ensure access to critical relationships.  She spent her early career in nonprofit before starting the company in 2012 because she saw a need.  After consulting with large companies, nonprofits and associations to construct programs at scale, she reinvested in the technology in order to be able to work with companies of all sizes.

Area Sales Leader, Indianapolis and Fort Wayne

At Engage Mentoring, our mission is to work with clients of all sizes to develop leadership pipelines by leveraging software that provides access to skills-based mentoring and peer exchange groups.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Leader is an exempt, full-time position responsible for sales for the Engage Leadership program to companies and C-Suite Executives. Working with our referral partners, this Area Sales Leader will sell the Engage Mentoring program to C-Level Executives in Indianapolis and Fort Wayne.  This position is fully remote, but we would prefer the candidate be based in the greater Indianapolis area.

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

  1. Current or prior successful experience selling to top executives.
  2. Exceptional relationship building skills.
  3. Results-orientation and a sales DNA.
  4. Passionate about people development.
  5. Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate well with C-Level executives.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  7. An entrepreneurial spirit.
  8. Ability to travel if needed.

 

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

  1. Developing relationships and working with a network of referral partners to aid in warm referrals into companies through individual sales of our C-Suite Exchange program.
  2. Selling our executive leadership program to companies to aid in their efforts at attracting, developing, and retaining talent as part of their leadership development strategies.
  3. Building a book of business and working with the client success team to continue to grow and expand programming within the companies you sell to.
